Data is deleted without delay once its purpose is fulfilled. Contract and construction records are retained for 5 years as required by law (e-Commerce Act, Framework Act on National Taxes).
No data is shared with third parties except as required by law or with consent. Email is sent through a delivery service (Resend); only the recipient address is passed on.

Quotation links use unguessable unique tokens, the admin console is restricted to authenticated staff, and all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
