Frequently asked questions
Is the quotation free?+
Yes. Site surveys and quotations are free, and every quotation states its validity period.
We need to contract through KONEPS or S2B.+
On acceptance we re-issue the same quotation registered in the procurement system. We hold a direct-production certificate (information system maintenance) and software business registration.
Can you only expand our existing CCTV system?+
Yes. After checking specifications we can expand, replace or integrate equipment installed by others, and the quotation states item by item which existing equipment is reused.
How do we follow progress during construction?+
The quotation link becomes the project status page: schedule progress and site photos are posted, and on completion we send completion photos with a confirmation request.
Do you install and replace door locks?+
Yes. We handle deadbolt (auxiliary), mortise, push-pull, tempered-glass and fire-door locks with fingerprint, card, face recognition and mobile-key authentication, including bulk replacement for schools, government offices and apartments, and integration with CCTV and access control.
How does a site survey work?+
Choose 'Site survey, then quote', leave a preferred schedule, and our engineer will confirm the visit. We check cable routes, positions and existing equipment to prepare an accurate quotation and schedule. Surveys are free.
How do I request after-service?+
Use the inquiry form below or call our main line. Service is free for one year after completion; urgent failures are handled at any time.
